“BESCOM Mitra” mobile app

Launched “BESCOM Mitra” mobile app – a single point of contact for all of consumer needs including Online Bill Payment, Billing Details, Complaint Registration, Consumption tracking etc.

This mobile app is yet another move by Energy Dept towards increasing Consumer Satisfaction. A launch function along with Vigilance Consumer Interaction Meet was organised at Hotel Shangri la on Wednesday.

ACS power Ravikumar, Bescom M D Rajendra Cholan and other dignitaries were present.
